As we all know, life can be really stressful at times and each of us have our own things that make us feel anxious.
Mine is definitely starting back at my second year of studying psychology at university whilst also trying to manage my blog at the same time.
I just wanted to share with you my daily routine as it might help if you’re struggling to get back into things after the summer.
I (try) to get up nice and early, first things first, I spend 10 minutes with my new lab puppy which always sets my schedule back!
8-9am I do exercise just for half an hour to 40 minutes of going out to the fresh air for a run or a swim at the gym. I always feel so much better after exercising as it feels like I have already accomplished something early in my day.
I get back have my breakfast and start my work for uni works for 2-3 hours and then take a lunch break and allow myself to watch Netflix for a little while!
After lunch I do 3-4 hours more work, and then I tend to allow myself to focus on my blog most of my evenings and organise my weekends to shoot photos!
